We were greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival. The building felt secure and the location was great. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The fridge in our room was broken and despite reporting it twice, nothing was done to fix it. We had also requested rooms next to each other beforehand but ended up on different floors, which was inconvenient.

Secure entrance with 24/7 staff. Great location near station and city center. Modern and clean with impressive views. Helpful staff provided needed amenities like coat hangers. Plenty of storage and spotless bathroom.
